Move-in and first payment
We are excited to welcome you home on either August 14th & 15th, 2025! As we get closer to your move in date, you will see updated check-in times listed here. More information coming to you soon!
If you want to avoid late charges (and who doesn’t?), you’ll want to make sure that your first installment is paid by August 1, 2025. Late charges will apply unless we have received the first installment payment within the two-day grace period (by August 3, 2025).
You can pay online through the resident portal using a debit card, credit card or electronic checking transfer, or by automatic recurring charge to your debit card, credit card or bank account. There are no fees when paying from your bank account or by check.
Utilities
Electricity and water will be billed as a separate charge through your resident portal which is the same place you pay your rent.
But good news! For your rent internet is included in your installment, so you don’t have to worry. We’ve got you covered to stay connected.
Renter’s Liability Insurance
You might not think about this often, but you’re required to have at least $100,000 in liability protection before you move in and throughout your stay with us. This coverage protects you in case you accidentally cause damage like a fire or flood. While that’s unlikely, having this protection will give you peace of mind if something does happen.
To make it easy for you, we’ll automatically charge your account $15 per installment for this coverage. This means you don’t need to provide separate insurance, as we’ll handle it for you.
If you already have liability insurance and don’t want to be charged, just upload your insurance certificate via Foxen. We’ll review it and let you know if it meets the requirements.
Express Check-In
Click here for the resident portal link and register online. From here, you’ll want to make sure you can answer yes to each of the questions below:
Did you make your first installment payment?
Did you upload a photo ID?
Did you enter your vehicle information (if applicable)?
Did you sign any pending documents?
If you answered yes to all of the above, you’re one step closer to your new views. Besides that, all you need to bring with you is a valid photo ID.
